Yael Ledesma
President
Yael is a strategy and finance expert, having led these functions in the banking, mining, shipping and construction industries. He was previously with Citibank and East West Bank where he led the development of cutting-edge financial products.
Tina Di Cicco
Chief Marketing Officer
Tina has more than 20 years experience in the airlines, hotel and IT industries. She led marketing at Lufthansa; and was a founding member and head of global marketing at Viva Macau Airlines, voted New Airline of the Year 2007 by CAPA (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation). Tina was previously Brand PR Lead, Asia Australasia, for IHG, the world’s largest hotel group.
Cris Zenarosa
Chief Operations Officer
With more than 30 years airline operations experience, principally with Japan Airlines and Philippine Airlines, Cris knows aviation like the back of his hand. He has been a consultant to Manila International Airport Authority and Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines; and a leading resource person in the aviation industry.
Cesca Gutierrez
Special Projects Officer
Cesca leads administration and special projects deployment at Air Juan. Born and raised in an airline environment, Cesca is a natural when it comes to understanding the business of aviation. Her passion is in making travel as seamless and as enjoyable as possible.
